Wines to enjoy with A5-ranked Japanese black beef

At our restaurant, you can enjoy Teppanyaki using carefully selected ingredients in a relaxed atmosphere in an adult quality space.
This time, we would like to introduce wines that go well with A5-ranked Japanese black beef, a particular ingredient.
Pinot Noir" is characterized by aromas of ripe red fruits.
Made from Pinot Noir harvested from a 5.11 ha vineyard on the southern slopes of the Carpathian Mountains in Romania, at an altitude of 130 meters,
The geology is of various types of chernozems (black earth) and clay-limestone soils.
After harvest, the grapes are destemmed, crushed, and allowed to settle for a day or two at low temperature before fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Maceration is about 10 days, with pigeage twice a day in the middle of fermentation, and aging takes place in stainless steel tanks with the criollo.
The tannins are round and the wine is beautifully concentrated with strawberry and black cherry fruit.
